I'll slip you a few tips now - keep it simple, prepwork is a must, and finger foods are best. Catering your own wedding? You are a brave woman! I love cooking, but I'd be terrified to take on such a project. I'm assuming organization and like you said, prep work, is a huge, huge must. Great links!
