We're baaack! And I am SO ready to share some of the most amazing weddings, budget tips, and inspiration boards with y'all. Bring it!
The wedding of Emily Jackson and Paul Johnson in June of 2012 in Michigan was an unexpectedly rainy day. But the bride, groom, and wedding party refused to let it get them down so they busted out the umbrellas and had a blast at this DIY affair. From photographer Dan and Melissa | Wedding Photographers, "Paul and Emily, both doctors were wed on a rainy day in June. The day was perfect - [there was a lovely reveal] between the bride and her father as she wore her late mother's wedding dress. Later at the reception the bride changed into a gorgeous short wedding dress so she could dance the night away. Ice cream sundaes were the dessert of choice and very fitting to their style."

I can't decide what I love most from this FABULOUS wedding - is it the cake pans as buffet servers or the ice cream desserts or the passionate joy of the the bride and groom despite the rain. What's your favorite bit?

I love the shot of them kissing on the dock, fun despite the rain (which happens all of the time here in Seattle!)
So cute!
