I'm not going to lie to y'all, this wedding had me at VooDoo Doughnut (trust me, they are reason enough to visit Portland!). I would TOTALLY be friends with a couple who served VooDoos at their wedding. And if they also had pie, cool stamped and cut-out escort cards, AND funny table numbers? BESTIES.
A Portland Wedding Featuring Pie, VooDoo Doughnuts, and Chamomile
From photographer Paul Rich Studio, "Lindsay and Colin’s wedding was an absolute gem of a day. Guests gathered around and observed Lindsay and Colin exchange their vows underneath an enormous tree. We then headed over to The Desoto Rooftop Terrace for cocktail hour and the reception. To really kick off the party, live music was provided by Excellent Gentlemen. Lindsay and Colin’s wedding was a huge success.
Everyone was relaxed. And everyone certainly had a great time. The evening was capped off with a buffet of donuts from Voodoo Doughnut. And lastly, the grand finale was the most spectacular departure of all time. Guests gathered around and threw NOT rice, NOT bird seed, but chamomile as the newlywed couple headed toward their Portland Pedicab. Chamomile has a unique and distinctive feature when photographed with the flash of a camera. It transforms into a magical gold dust."
