Would you forge a traditional wedding for a smaller and more intimate ceremony with just the two of you and your closest friends? Well, that's what Megan and Andy decided to do and ended up with a lovely and intimate wedding at a winery in St. Genevieve, Illinois. The bride and groom elected to pare everything down and focus their efforts on a meaningful ceremony and simple wedding details.

From photographer Kristina Cipolla Photography, "Megan and Andy were married on July 13th, 2012 at the beautiful Chaumette Winery in St. Genevieve, Illinois. Both wanted an intimate ceremony with just close friends and family. Megan has a huge family and the thought of planning a wedding for everyone was very overwhelming and not really their personalities. They are not often the life of the party or the center of attention so the idea of literally knowing and being close with everyone there was very comforting. They first visited Chaumette Winery when they first started dating and fell in live with the location. The winery is so beautiful and quaint. Their day was absolutely perfect and was exactly the mood and feeling they wanted."
