Tiny Tip: In the staging/dressing room, set up a tray of energy-boosting snacks OR have containers of tiny eats (one per attendant). Good edibles to include: water, grapes, grape tomatoes, wheat crackers, sharp cheese slices, apples, pretzels, nuts, mints, and dark chocolate.
