Another traditional but incredibly delicious fall favorite. And I just love the color that the peppers add.

As a born and bred Alaskan, I lurve salmon – and these fancied up salmon rolls simply blow my mind! Smoked salmon. Caviar. Yes, please. The key to doing this recipe inexpensively is buying caviar on sale at your local supermarket deli (yep – they carry it all the time) and getting smaoked salmon from the freezer section.

Nothing says expensive wedding like shrimp. And these are a great alternative the boring cocktail-and-shrimp standard. Buy these in mass from your big bulk store's freezer section or (better), if you live near the ocean – contact a local shrimp boat and arrange to purchase them wholesale (and fresh!).

Another easy to eat and tasty wedding classic. Use root veggies and sun-dried tomato or olive bread to "fall" it up.
