Green Week: The Cute, The Quick, and The Green

Welcome to Kiss My Tulle's annual Green Week. Everything featured this week will be in the green color scheme (and…duh, you say). So, without further ado – I give some truly adorable and qick little projects to add that special somehitng to your wedding:

Butterfly Straws

Download the free printing templete and gather up your green papers and scissors! These are a bit tedious to cut out but truly the cutest thing ever when used to grace your barware and waterglasses.

Tissue Cases

Look! Sob Sacks! Make these great little tissue packets from your old scraps of green felt (or another interfaced reinforced fabric) and fill a small basket with them for your ceremony. Your guests can feel free to grab one and have a good cry – because seriously, it always happens.

Food Packaging

Some simple ideas for food favor packaging. Take any of them and do in shades of green and/or filled with green colored candies. I really like the kraft box with ribbon and the simple white box stamped with a lovely leaf pattern.

Shamrock Centerpieces

Don't stress out about sticking to shamrocks only on St. Patty's Day. When grouped together, small pots of shamrocks make stunning centerpieces. This is a great option for avid gardeners, lovers of the color green, or another who wishes to give a subtle nod to their Irish heritage.

Favor Wraps

Modified slightly and these paper wraps become inexpensive but striking favors. Use small brown paper lunch bags instead of the heavy kraft boxes and write or print a message on the bottom instead of the embossing. Fill with cookies or a small potted plant.
