Wedding Planner Round-up

I've been conducting a bunch of interviews with newly-wed ladies lately and one thing that every single one of them has recommended for newly engaged couples was a good planner. Like an actual lists/calendar/notepad kinda planner.

There are many out there and it's important for you to find one that meets your needs (one that worked for your bestie may not be well-suited for your personality or organizing style). This is one place where you'll need to be flexible with your budget because you may need to spend more than you've alloted (hazzah, if you don't!) to get the proper tool to keep you organized. Definately remember to account for a planner in your budget (under misc. or statioary expenses) and take a bit of time to find The One that will actually work for you. An updated classic. Martha's planner is very subtle and tasteful looking and includes detailed lists, guidelines, and calendars. This is perfect for the traditional bride who is looking to plan a timeless wedding and wants to do everything "the right way".

It features a checklists (including in depth questions for vendors) and lots of room to store samples (even doodles!).
