Me at 37 Weeks

The exciting thing about hitting the 37 week mark is that you are allowed to have the baby (safely) if you go into labor. No more premature scares! From here on out, it's all good in babydom. So here's a 37 week pregnancy update for y'all.

Me at 37 Weeks

How far along? 37 Weeks
Total weight gain: Fat, fat, fat.
Maternity clothes? My uniform: blank yoga pants, flip flops, Old Navy tank top.
Stretch marks? The ones all over my lower belly are more noticable but no new ones (that I can see).
Sleep: Sleeping fine but I seem to be adding in a couple of quickie naps every day.
Best moment this week: My little brothers are here! They got to hear the baby's heartbeat at my doctor's appointment (but politely declined to stay for the pelvic exam – WHAT?!?!), have been helping work on remodel stuff around the house, helped me put together her crib, and basically been most excellent fetch-n-steps.
Miss Anything? Non-swollen feet. Wearing my wedding rings. Sleeping on my back.
Movement: Constant movement. In fact, I guess that most babies start slowing down in there about now and my nurse practitioner was really surprised at how much she was groovin' out in there.
Food cravings: Fruit. Chips. Fruit. Fruit. Fruit.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Meat. Fish. Boy farts (I'm surrounded by them now).
Gender: Girl.
Labor Signs: Nada. Nothing. Nope.
Symptoms: Tired a lot. Everything seems to make me tired and all I want to do is nap.
Belly Button in or out? In-ish, flattish, and looks creepy.
Wedding rings on or off? Off.
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy but definitely flipping out about all the stuff we need to do before she shows up.
Looking forward to: Enjoying time with my brothers more. Finishing up the first part of our kitchen remodel (two days without any water and a week with a sink or dishwasher makes me want to cut a bitch). Seeing my mom and sister in a few weeks.
