For several years now, I’ve been trying to become a healthier and fitter person. Sometimes, I’ve succeeded… many times, I’ve failed. Because of my high and low history, I am always looking for ways to make better health and fitness choices. And, lately, the best way for me to eat right and regularly exercise is to ditch the gym and do everything at home. Sure, it’s tricky when you work from home, have a toddler, AND you’re pregnant again. However, I’ve discovered that if I can remove the need to have a set time and vehicle to hit a gym, then I end up actually working out MORE. In the same situation?
