Are you a new mom or dad with a baby in diapers? Are you having a rough time getting any kind of sleep at night? I know, I know – sleep deprivation is the worst! And the reality is, with a new baby, you're just not going to sleep through the night for a while. However, you can make the sleep that you do get a little better with my top 5 ways to sleep easier with a new baby (featuring ).

Tip #1: Cut out caffeine. I know, I know. A new baby and no caffeine? WHAT? But, here's the thing, caffeine keeps you awake and you're trying to sleep so try and at least cut out the juice a few hours before bedtime.

Tip #2: Hydrate. Drinking tons of water can actually help you sleep better – particularly if you're breastfeeding. water makes all your systems and organs function better so if they get the water they need then you'll be able to physically sleep more soundly.

Tip #3: A great mattress, pillow, and blankets will make sleeping easier. If your body is comfortable then it can relax fully and go to sleep. Try to invest is a good mattress and pillows before the baby is born and, when it comes to blankets, layers of thin blankets is key to a good night's sleep.

Tip #4: Get that baby in some great diapers! Make sure your baby's diapers offer long coverage without leakage. diapers are super high quality and absorbent so baby (and crib) stay dry all night… and you stay asleep!

Tip #5: Ditch the electronics. You really, really don't need your phone in the middle of the night. Charge it in a different room (along with the tablet and turn off the TV) and you'll notice an easier, sounder sleep.

That first time that your baby seeps through the night will be the greatest night of your life! And you, guys, I cannot recommend stocking up on  diapers (they are exclusive to Walgreens) before baby arrives. Not only do they offer 12 hour leakage protection for more restful nights, but they also offer soft, stretchable waistbands for comfort while your baby learns to walk or crawl. And can you say affordable?!?! Check out to get yours today!
