I'm a little late getting to Finn's 9 month update. We were traveling and then I was hammered with a post-vacation/conference workload and, well, this got pushed to bottom of the list. But hey! I'm only  a little late and my tiny little man doesn't care. Finn has turned into a total little person this past month and is trying to walk, loves to sit with us at the meals and feed himself, and is starting to talk. Like I did with Melanie, I'll be doing a little photo project for his first year with monthly photos and a brief rundown of what's happening in his little world (I'm sharing this in a format that I plan on using in a photo book featuring his first year):
You have six teeth now and two more trying to pop through.
You seem to be trying to transition to one nap a day.
You say “Mama”, “Dada”, and wave bye bye.
You took two steps unassisted to Daddy (but none since).
You love taking a bath with your sister and splashing.
You're feeding yourself and love bananas, yogurt drops, and rice noodles.
You have started “reading” books with Daddy and Melanie at night.
You are wearing 9-12 clothes.
You are sleeping longer stretches at night but still end up in Mommy's bed.
Mommy's favorite thing is watching you and your sister play together.
Daddy's favorite thing is when you make your “old man” face at him.
We just love you.
