Bringing Home A Taste Of TexFest With HEB’s State Fair® Corn Dogs And Three Fun Dipping Sauces
I’m not a native of Texas but since moving here, I’ve fully embraced the spicy, bold, and flavorful foods that make up this state’s culture! In particular, my family has embraced anything deep fried and barbecued. Bold flavors make up the bulk of our meals and I’m always looking for some solid ways to bring that taste into my home. Right now, my crew is particularly enamored with State Fair® Corn Dogs. They love how the brand is tasty and made in Texas (a huge part of my husband’s heritage) and I love that they are a good source of protein. Plus, they are so easy to make – just 20 minutes in the oven and dinner is served. Recently, I had our neighbors over to watch the Spurs play and needed to feed everyone. So I busted out some State Fair Corn Dogs, mixed up these three fun dipping sauces, and let everyone go to town. They’re delicious enough to stand alone or pair them with some coleslaw and potato salad for a true #TexFest gathering.
How the Philips Avent Comfort Breast Pump Makes Pumping An Easy Part Of My Daily Routine
When it comes to a daily routine with babies, it’s the little details that make a huge difference. And when it comes to nursing and pumping, it can be those small things that make feeding your baby easier for everyone. That’s why Philips Avent is committed to fine-tuning their products. They genuinely want to improve the lives of parents across Canada and the States. I especially love how the Comfort Breast Pump is designed to allow me to nurse my son on one side and pump on the other with complete ease. It’s such a time-saver and I love the efficiency of it. I really appreciate how Philips Avent is supportive of parents who nurse and parents who pump – all they want to is to assist you in feeding your baby in the way that is best for you and your family.
DIY Faux Leather Triangle Earrings Featuring Cricut
Are you a big fan of “Fixer Upper”? Me, too. And it’s not just the houses and liberal use of shiplap that make me smile. More often than not, I find myself checking out Joanna’s relaxed chic personal style. In particular, I love it when she wearing leather earrings. I think they are so cool and understated. So, I decided to make some for myself with my Cricut Explore Air (but using faux leather) and embrace my inner Joanna. Check out these faux leather triangle earrings (featuring Cricut)!
I Love How Easy Wedding Paper Divas Makes Finding Wedding Stationery!
One of my favorite parts about planning my $5,000 wedding was picking out the wedding stationery! From the save the dates to the invitations to the RSVPs, I LOVED picking out the colors, fonts, and design for my wedding suite. To me, the wedding stationery gave my guests a peek at what to expect at the wedding (Will it be colorful and bright? Elegant and chic? Or filled with handmade touches?). For many couples, the wedding stationery is a really special touch for their big day. But, it can be stressful to pick out just the right suite for their needs. Well, that’s the awesome thing about wedding stationery from Wedding Paper Divas – picking out and customizing stationery is SO easy and really fun. I love how easy Wedding Paper Divas makes finding wedding stationery!
Finnegan’s First Year Photo Project : Six Months
Six months is when all the magic starts happening, people! Today is not only when Finn hits the six month mark but it is also his dad’s 50th birthday! I’m doing this post right after he had his six month well baby check-up (everything looks great) and his latest round of vaccines. Everyone continues to go crazy over his ginger head, blue eyes, and adorable personality. He’s gearing up to eat his first solid food (sweet potato) tonight and his dad’s excited to be the one to feed it to him. Like I did with Melanie, I’ll be doing a little photo project for his first year with monthly photos and a brief rundown of what’s happening in his little world (I’m sharing this in a format that I plan on using in a photo book featuring his first year):
