I’ve been on SnapChat for a few months now and I’m really enjoying the rawness and silliness of it. My daughter loves the filters and I love that I don’t have to stage and then aggressively edit anything before I post it. But, so many of my female friends who use the platform have been receiving unwanted attention and nude photos from men. Men who seem to think that this is perfectly okay behavior and NOT sexual harassment (or even borderline actions that could place you on the federal sex offenders list [I mean, do you even KNOW how old these ladies are that you are asking to “send me nude pics?” – they could be 15!]).
