Whenever we travel as a family, my kids are pretty much only interested in one thing – will the hotel we stay in have a pool? It's like, a MUST for us at this point in our lives. My kids are little fish and LOVE to swim so pool and our SwimWays Baby Spring Float Activity Center (available at Target, in-store or online) is a hotel must have for us.
Since swimming in the hotel pool is one of my kids's favorite vacation activities, I love that I can get Finn in there with us without worrying about having someone around to safely holding him in their arms. It's so easy to blow up the fabric-covered air chambers and attach the adjustable two-position sun canopy with UPF 50+ using it's snaps. Once he's inside the float's soft mesh seat, Finn's hyper sensitive skin is protected against the sun and he's able to enjoy the pool with the family. I love that there's a large circumference with a (patented) inner spring around the outside edge for stability so I only need one hand to hold on to the float – allowing me freedom to engage in play with him and his sister. There's also a wide mesh ledge all the around it that I can put toys on on let fill with a little water for playing plus an interactive octopus play station with toys: a squeaker, a rattle, a stacking rings, a teether, and a soft touch star. But, what I love best about our SwimWays Baby Spring Float Activity Center is that it easily folds really flat (into three compact circles) and fits inside it's own carry bag for portability and storage – so perfect for travel!
As a parent, I feel like there are so many things out there that we have to constantly be worried about and scared of in regards to our children and their safety. Water safety shouldn't be one that we fear so much, we never enjoy it. I am so grateful that SwimWays is an industry leader in helping children to learn to swim and helping parents and kids feel more secure in the pool and while enjoying water-based activities.
