And we've come to then end, folks! Melanie is 1 whole year old and so is this little photo project. In the next month or so, I'll rework it to work in a photo book and, once it's printed, I'll be sure to share it with y'all. In the meantime, here it is. The last one – a twelve month update (I'm sharing this in a format that I plan on using in the photobook) of Miss Melly:
You love cuddling your stuffed animals and patting them on the back.
Right now, you have temper tantrums when people tell you no.
You hate being dirty and anything that sticks to your fingers.
You are starting to insist on using a spoon yourself while eating and glare at us if we eat a different meal than you are.
You are so silly and love to dance to music.
You can clap and climb up on the couch.
Your favorite thing right now is trying to do a taco tongue like Mommy and Daddy.
You are sleeping great at night and only wake up a few times to nurse.
You love standing in Hank's water bowl.
You can put your face in the water and blow.
Mommy's favorite thing is nursing you.
Daddy's favorite thing is dancing with you when he comes home.
You love swimming in the pool.
We just love you.
