We live in Texas which means that we basically have cedar fever all. year. long. What's cedar fever, you ask? Well, it's this awful, throbbing headache that starts behind your eyes and move into your head every time the cedar count goes up.
And, in Texas, the cedar count is ALWAYS up.
I've spent years tackling cedar fever and trying to make our home a safe haven from it for my family. Honestly, all my efforts haven't been working that great.
Then, I got a chance to review the Molekule air purifier and, oh my God, does it work!
Tackling Cedar Fever
So, literally the main job of this air filter is to deal with and contain the particles that trigger cedar allergies. The Molekule air purifier destroys them with it's innovative filter and allows everyone in my home to avoid those awful headaches.
I cannot express to you how great that has been. We've had ours for a few weeks now and we can really feel the difference. I mean, within hours of plugging it in, my husband commented that his head was feeling better. Amazing, right?
I'm not going to lie to you, the design of this thing is also another reason I love it. Gone are those enormous plastic monstrosities. The Molekule air purifier is a sleek, chic stainless steel canister with a brown leather handle so you easily move it around your house.
I also really like how the plug neatly fits under the canister so that it sits flush with the floor and give it a low profile look that doesn't scream “LOOK! I'M AN ELECTRONIC THINGAMAJIG!”.
I also like that filter itself is so easy to change. Just twist the lid, pull out the filter, and replace. I mean, I could do that one handed (and probably will, let's be honest).
