The DIY wedding is a popular opinion for couples on a budget. After all, the concept that it’s cheaper to source materials yourself and do the labor often does save you money. But, as a DIY bride myself, I can tell you that all those little projects can end up being overwhelming and time consuming. Partnered Post: Summer vs. Winter Wedding

The type of season that you choose to have your wedding in can determine a lot about your big day. From the type of venue you host it at, to the length of your dress, to the colour of the bridesmaid dresses and more. Wedding Wednesday: The Wedding Party Gifts

We asked a lot from our wedding party. Come to Texas, on Memorial Day weekend, while it’s in the triple digits. And, oh yeah, we need your help building a new porch/entryway, clearing the ceremony site, constructing tables from pallets, and DIYing a ton of last minute crap er, crafts. And for that, we gave the wedding party some cute gifties. And others were just plain practical/awesome.
