I'm am at the 21 week mark in my second pregnancy.
Me At 21 Weeks
And, as I did with my first pregnancy, I'm taking photos and doing a cute week-by-week FYI session from here on out (ala Little Baby Garvin).
How far along?
21 Weeks.
Total weight gain/loss:
20 pounds – which the nurses hate, my NP isn't super concerned about it, and I'm going to try to make better food choices.
Maternity clothes?
Still living in Old Navy tank tops and maternity workout pants. I also bought this skirt and top this weekend!
Stretch marks?
Um… YES.
Sleep:
Sleeping a little better than last week but hitting some pretty decent sleepy pockets in the middle of the day.
When The Boy's home, I take a small nap but the rest of the time –Â nope.
Best moment this week:
Finding out the sex of our baby and sharing it with everyone (but keeping the name to ourselves).
Miss Anything?
Medium rare steak and runny egg yolks.
Movement:
Lots and lots! He's a mover and I feel like Melanie and The Boy will be able to feel him externally any week now.
Food cravings:
TOMATOES and shrimp.
Anything making you queasy or sick:
When The Boy swerves while driving. Even a little bit.
Gender:
I'm getting a boy!
Labor Signs:
No.
Belly Button in or out?
In.
Wedding rings on or off?
On though I had to remove them overnight after eating all the Easter candy on the planet.
Happy or Moody most of the time:
Happy but I noticed that my anxiety over our home/remodeling is starting to kick in.
Looking forward to:
Planning/decorating Melanie and the baby's joint room.
In other news, we're headed to Round Top this week and I'm hoping to pick up some old metal letters with Melanie and the baby's first initials.
Also, after we found out that we're having a boy, we went out and bought a few ADORABLE outfits for him (including this one for his coming home outfit).
