Fitness Friday: 2013 Goals and 12 Months of Fitness

Join me in 2013 and challenge yourself to make small changes in 12 Months of Fitness (#12MoF). Every month, I’ll introduce a new small change for you to make to your diet/fitness and suggest several ways to adopt the change.

Well, we haven’t had one of these posts in a while, eh? So sorry about that – I’ve been really MIA on the fitness front due to several months of medical issues. Nothing major – just not being allowed to diet/count calories or do any kind of workout or strenuous activity. I’ll tell y’all what though – I’m ready to hit the new year with some new fitness goals and get healthy again! How about you?

So, I’m taking 2013 back and starting a yearlong fitness/health challenge for all my readers. Since I first began sharing my fitness journey, I continually get comments, emails, and tweets asking HOW I lost all that weight and toned my body. Well, let me share the answer with you:

I ate less and moved more.

That’s it. I tried every month to make small changes to my diet and/or my fitness level to improve my health. Along the way, I lost weight and shaped up. All by making small changes and turning them into habits.

So, now I’m challenging you - join me in 2013 and challenge yourself to make small changes in 12 Months of Fitness (#12MoF). Every month, I’ll introduce a new small change for you to make to your diet/fitness and suggest several ways to adopt the change. Along the way, you'll share the experience of several members of Tulle Nation who have volunteered be your 12 Months of Fitness guinea pigs. They’ll be sharing how they made the small change and how it affected them and their everyday habits.

So, Tulle Nation, are you in? If so, feel free to grab the 125×125 logo below for your blog and link it to https://www.kissmytulle.com

Such a transformation! The answer is always simple. Eat less, move more. Motivation, however, is not as easy to find… 😛

Colleen – that’s why I created the 12 Months of Fitness challenge. I wanted to help motivate people who are finding the journey too overwhelming!

You look wonderful! And this sounds wonderful! I’m going to try to ease back into exercising this year, in addition to my shoulder PT.

Krissy (and MURPHY!) – lots of the challenges are diet based so this should be a great way for you to ease back into things without stressing your shoulder.
