One of my favorite holidays of the year is coming! No… not Halloween (that's Melanie's favorite). I'm talking about THANKSGIVING. I just love it.
I always host the big meal at my house and have my menu and timeline down to a science.
I like a nice relaxed day, so I do a lot of the cooking and cleaning in the days leading up T-Day.
I've got all that under control.

What's not working for me is well, myself.
It seems like I never think about cleaning myself up and looking nice.
Like, I know I need to but it still seems to sneak up on me every year.
Inevitably, I'm left standing helplessly in front of my closet ten minutes before everyone arrives, frantically flipping through all my clothes while water dribbles down my back from my just washed hair.
NOT THIS YEAR.
I vow to have a plan.
I will take a shower several hours before people arrive. I will remember to put on some make up. I will have an outfit already picked out and ready to go.
